Richmanda Hotel Terms and Conditions

1. Booking:

a. All bookings must be made through the Richmanda Hotel by directly contacting the hotel.

b. Full payment for the entire stay must be settled at the time of booking.

c. Any alterations or cancellations to a booking must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid incurring a penalty fee.

2. Payment:

a. Accepted forms of payment include Mobile money and cash in the local currency on arrival.

b. A deposit may be required for certain promotions or packages, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a penalty fee.

b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the hotel’s refund policy.

4. Check-in and Check-out:

a. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, while check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

b. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

5. Room Occupancy:

a. The maximum occupancy for each room is clearly indicated on the hotel’s website.

b. Additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room will incur extra charges and must receive approval from the hotel.

6. Room Damages:
